New Town Event Planning
 
  • There is a five hour maximum rental for Wedding Receptions and a three hour maximum rental for Wedding Ceremonies. Additional fees will apply if hours exceed these parameters.
  • All music has to stop at 11:00pm in all receptions.
  • Saturday Chapel ceremony times are available from 9:00am-12:00pm, 1:00pm-4:00pm, and 5:00pm-8:00pm. Friday from 5:00pm-8:00pm and Sunday from 1:00pm-4:00pm and 5:00pm-8:00pm.
  • The Reception premises must be vacated no later than 1:00 a.m.
  • Catering is exclusive to Frenchtown Catering. www.FrenchtownCatering.com The owners name is Steve Phillips and his phone number is 636-940-0600.
  • Chair Rental/Set-up Fee: $3.00 per person to 200 chairs for outdoor ceremonies.
  • Chairs are included with the Event Tent rental.
  • Chairs are included with the Chapel rental.
  • The Chapel may not be reserved as a rain alternative.
  • Discounts are available for New Town residents.
  • Discounts are not applicable on Holidays.
  • Ask about additional discounts on weddings during December through February.
  • Rates are subject to change.
