- There is a five hour maximum rental for Wedding Receptions and a three hour maximum rental for Wedding Ceremonies. Additional fees will apply if hours exceed these parameters.
- Saturday Chapel ceremony times are available from 9:00am-12:00pm, 1:00pm-4:00pm, and 5:00pm-8:00pm. Friday and Sunday evenings are available from 5:30pm-8:30pm.
- The Reception premises must be vacated no later than 1:00 a.m.
- Catering will be exclusive to catering and rental companies set forth on an approved list to be provided to the Client by the New Town Event Planning Office.
- Chair Rental/Set-up Fee: $3.00 per person to 200 chairs for receptions.
- 200 chairs are included with the Chapel rental; additional chairs are available for the listed rental rate.
- During the months of November – March, there is a $400.00 discount on the Amphitheater rental fee.
- The Chapel may not be reserved as a rain alternative.
- Discounts are available for New Town residents.
- Discounts are not applicable on Holidays.
- Ask about additional discounts on weddings during December through February.
