Prices are subject to change.
- There is a three hour minimum and a five hour maximum rental for these venues. Additional fees will apply if hours exceed these parameters.
- The premises must be vacated no later than 1:00 a.m.
- Catering will be exclusive to catering and rental companies set forth on an approved list to be provided to Client by the New Town Event Planning Office.
- $100.00 Cleaning Deposit is required, see Rental Agreement.
- Discounts are available for New Town residents.
- Discounts are not applicable on Holidays.
