  • There is a three hour minimum and a five hour maximum rental for these venues. Additional fees will apply if hours exceed these parameters.
  • The premises must be vacated no later than 1:00 a.m.
  • Catering will be exclusive to catering and rental companies set forth on an approved list to be provided to Client by the New Town Event Planning Office.
  • $100.00 Cleaning Deposit is required, see Rental Agreement.
  • Discounts are available for New Town residents.
  • Discounts are not applicable on Holidays.
